Masterclass - Ceviche, Salsas & Fish Tacos
In this 5 hours extended cooking social - we explore the popular ceviches and seafood delights of Mexico.
Saturday December 28th - we explore Peruvian ceviche and traditional Mexican prawn aguachile in the cantina cocina. While things are curing, we prepare delicious salsas to snack on with totopos during the class.
What you can expect -
Welcome - arrive to enjoy a laneway margarita, meet your class mates, receive your recipes and go over the menu and class plan, before jumping into our hands on lesson making and creating a delicious menu.

We stop for a break enjoying refreshments and the snacks that you have prepared and finish the session by sitting together to enjoy everything you we have made.
