Masterclass - Ceviches, Salsas & Fish Tacos
In this 5 hours extended cooking social - we explore the popular ceviches and seafood delights of Mexico.
Sunday January 7th - we go coastal getaway with a baja style fish taco, 2 versions of fresh ceviche and a margarita to sip along the way.
What you can expect -
Welcome - arrive to enjoy a laneway margarita, meet your class mates, receive your recipes and go over the menu and class plan, before jumping into our hands on lesson making and creating a delicious menu.

Traditional Peruvian Fish ceviche with Sweet potato and cancha
Prawn Aguachile ceviche salad - a great one to take to your dinner party with friends.
Tacos: Baja style Fish tacos with zingy coastal accompaniments & fresh corn tortillas

We stop for a break enjoying refreshments and the snacks that you have prepared and finish the session by sitting together to enjoy everything you we have made.
yours to take home will be your Clay Cantina class recipes and there is option to purchase some of the clay cooking tools like the ones used during the class.
