Masterclass - Ceviche, Salsas & Fish Tacos

In this 5 hours extended cooking social - we explore the popular ceviches and seafood delights of Mexico.

Sunday October 22nd - we explore 2 Peruvian Ceviches - with our cantina chef Pedro and a traditional Mexican Aguachile with Kristal the Cantina director. Who will also prepare some Baja style fish tacos for us to enjoy with lunch.

What you can expect -

Welcome - arrive to enjoy a laneway margarita, meet your class mates, receive your recipes and go over the menu and class plan, before jumping into our hands on lesson making and creating a delicious menu.

What we will make -

Traditional peruvian ceviche dishes & the required knife skills taught to you by Pedro

Prawn Aguachile ceviche salad - a great one to take to your dinner party with friends, taught by Kristal

Hot salsas made from scratch in class.

Enjoy everything youv’e created plus Baja style Fish tacos with zingy coastal accompaniments & fresh corn tortillas

Bebidas: Enjoy your class with a fresh Tommy’s Margarita

We stop for a break enjoying refreshments and the snacks that you have prepared and finish the session by sitting together to enjoy everything you we have made.

yours to take home will be your Clay Cantina class recipes and there is option to purchase some of the clay cooking tools like the ones used during the class.
