Cooking Social - Chiles Rellenos
Tuesday April 30th - let’s make Chiles Rellenos - a Mexican favourite big robust green poblano chiles are flame roasted, skinned, stuffed and then battered. served with classic mexican green rice and a rich tomato salsa, we will work together towards sharing this meal together at the cantina family table.
What you can expect -
Welcome - arrive to enjoy a welcome margarita, meet your class mates, receive your recipes and go over the menu and class plan, before jumping into our hands on lesson making and creating a delicious menu.
What we will make -
Chiles rellenos green rice & salsa.
there will be options for either a pork picadillo filling for the chiles or the vegetarian equivalent.
yours to take home will be your Clay Cantina class recipes and there is option to purchase some of the clay cooking tools like the ones used during the class.
