Sip on delicious Mezcal welcome cocktails and roll up your sleeves ready to experience making truly authentic Mexican favourites under the guidance of both Gerardo and Kristal Smith.

Barramundi Ceviche - Gerardo will show us how to make a vibrant barramundi aguachile ceviche with mango and spicy habaneros.
Bean Gorditas - work with real nixtamalised masa to delicious little tortilla cakes, stuffed with black beans and topped with queso fresco, crema and salsa.
Tacos Al Pastor - Kristal will show us how to make this Mexico city and Puebla staple, pork belly Al pastor, grilled over coals together with sweet roasted pineapple and served in lovely warm corn tortillas
Molcajete Black Salsa - explore the versatility of mexican chiles, grinding a fresh and fiery Salsa for finishing your dishses with that famous mexican heat and flavour. We do so the traditional way in class, working in a clay molcajete
Included in your ticket are 2x Metoro Mezcal cocktails, all tuition, recipes to take home and you dine on everything that you prepare in class.
Two classes will run on this day either 10:30 am - 12:30pm or 2:30pm-4:30pm with the freedom to stay up to another hour enjoying additional drinks in the laneway after the class if you wish to enjoy some more time with your newfound foodie friends.
