Learn the vibrant flavours of the Coastal Yucatan region.
Traditional dishes from the region feature vibrant flavours, super spicy heat and fresh seafood.
Masterclasses include Mezcal tasting and a traditional cocktail with Lunch

Tamale, Tamale, Tamale! Mexico’s lesser known culinary hero.
Work together to make all kinds of Tamales (corn dumplings stuffed with chicken, pork, mushrooms, mole or beans) enjoyed with salsas and pickles.
Enjoy a fresh Tommy’s Margarita to sip along the way.
