Join us on Saturday 5th of April at a pop-up new location, Llamas to the Sky (formerly - Outer Bound), 5 Kortum Drive, Burleigh Heads, for a deep dive into the bold and authentic dishes found in the bustling markets of CDMX.
In this 5-hour masterclass, we’ll craft traditional Mexican flavors from scratch—learning time-honored techniques to make fresh chorizo, tinga de pollo, a vibrant table salsa, frijoles refritos, and handmade sope bases.
What to Expect
