Masterclass - Birria for the family table
Sunday August 11th we gather together in the Clay Cantina kitchen and work together towards a traditional Sunday feast.
In this 5hr masterclass - we make Beef Birria, the traditional way, served in a rich consomme, fresh and pickled accompaniments plus tortillas and rice.
What you can expect -
Welcome - arrive to enjoy a welcome cocktail , meet your class mates, receive your recipes and go over the menu and class plan, before jumping into our hands on lesson making and creating a delicious menu.

Traditional Beef Birria in consome, Mexican rice, tortillas, salsas and Mexican pickles.
We stop for a break enjoying refreshments and the snacks that you have prepared and finish the session by sitting together to enjoy everything you we have made.
yours to take home will be your Clay Cantina class recipes and there is option to purchase some ingredients to work with at home.
