Cooking Social - Ceviche & Fish Tacos
Cooking socials are a shorter class than the weekend master classes, 3 hours in the kitchen with your new foodie friends (classmates) preparing a classic mexican snack, salsa and popular dish.
Sunday May 14th - we go coastal getaway with a baja style fish taco, fresh ceviche and a margarita to sip along the way.
What you can expect -
Welcome - arrive to enjoy a laneway margarita, meet your class mates, receive your recipes and go over the menu and class plan, before jumping into our hands on lesson making and creating a delicious menu.
What we will make -
Snacks: 2 variation of Mexican ceviche: a Traditional Fish ceviche to enjoy with guacamole & corn tortilla chips & Prawn Aguachile that is served through a vibrant fresh salad.
in this class we will also prepare the salsas & accompaniments for our Baja style beer batter fish tacos.

Bebidas: Enjoy your class with an included fresh Tommy’s Margarita & order from our cantina drinks list throughout the class.
We stop for a break enjoying refreshments and the snacks that you have prepared and finish the session by sitting together to enjoy everything you we have made.
yours to take home will be your Clay Cantina class recipes and there is option to purchase some of the clay cooking tools like the ones used during the class.
